Waldemar Theophil Fink
Bern, 1883 — 1948

Born in Bern, Waldemar Theophil Fink (1883, Bern – 1948, Bern) first completed an apprenticeship as a decorative painter. He then continued his studies in Munich at the Weinhold-Schildknecht Art School. From 1909 to 1922 Fink lived in Adelboden and in Bern, from where he traveled to the Alpine regions of Switzerland where his depictions of the mountainous landscape came to fruition.
